An app from Beeper Inc. that enables Android users to message iPhone users as equals with the same reception quality as Apple's iMessage service. To use the software, Android users with Beeper Mini submit their own Apple ID, and iPhone recipients see a blue bubble on their texts instead of green, which normally indicates that the sender is not using an Apple device. Not So Fast
Introduced in 2023, Apple does not take kindly to any software interacting with an Apple app without its approval and has taken measures to thwart Beeper. Updates to Beeper Mini are provided to keep ahead of Apple, but it is an ongoing battle. Stay tuned!
